The ERTC has been a great government refund program for restaurant owners.  Better and easier than the PPP.  Not quite as good as the RRF.

The calculations, although rigorous, are at least straightforward with no payback and no new set of rules  and regulations to learn.

Kallas Company has obtained over 50 million dollars in refunds for our clients to date.

The credit is still available for those who have not applied. 

If you know any business owner who has not received his or her ERTC, you would be doing them a big favor by referring them to Kallas.

If you haven’t applied yet, you must do so immediately.  The statute of limitations on refunds has started kicking in, eliminating each quarter as time passes.

Currently, two quarters in 2020 are still eligible and 3 quarters in 2021 are still eligible for the credit.

As of the date of this article, about 90 % of restaurants have received their refunds.  If you have not received your refund, call the Kallas payroll department and we can give you a method to check the status of your refund.
